Uritect Inc. is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property (IP) professional for a project-based engagement. The role focuses on preparing and filing patent applications in Canada and the United States to protect our AI-driven design technologies.

🟥 Scope of Work:

• Draft, prepare, and submit patent applications in Canada and the U.S.
• Review our innovations and identify protectable IP.
• Provide strategic guidance on patent scope and filing strategy.
• Manage responses to office actions (if required).

🟥 Requirements:

• Proven track record of successful patent filings in both Canada and the U.S.
• Strong background in technology/software/AI-related patents.
• Familiarity with Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) and USPTO processes.
• Available to work on a project/contract basis.
