Active Opportunities
Android Engineer (Kotlin/Compose)
Build and own URITECT’s Android app: implement features, optimize UI and inference performance, and ship production releases. You’ll work with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, WorkManager, and Android profiling tools to keep the app fast across devices. Expect to integrate TFLite/NNAPI-powered model outputs, handle image capture/processing pipelines, and implement auth, analytics and Stripe payment flows.
Full-Stack Engineer (Django + Next.js)
Design and maintain the backend services and the web product that power URITECT. Work on Django REST APIs, PostgreSQL schema design, background workers (Celery/Redis), containerized deployments (Docker), and build responsive Next.js frontends with React hooks, SSR/ISR and modern CSS systems. You’ll own auth flows, file uploads, billing integrations (Stripe), and operational tasks (CI/CD, monitoring).

iOS Engineer (Swift/SwiftUI)
Lead the build of URITECT’s iOS client from the ground up when the role opens. Expect to use Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, CoreML (or model wrappers), camera/photo frameworks, local persistence (Core Data / FileManager), and manage App Store submission processes. You’ll align feature parity with Android while optimizing for iOS-specific UX and performance.

IP adviser
Provide strategic IP guidance for a fast-moving AI startup: design IP strategy (trademarks, patents, copyright), manage filings and prosecution with agents, coordinate trademark clearance (CIPO/USPTO/WIPO), draft and review IP-related contracts (NDAs, licensing, contributor agreements), and advise on open-source license compliance and model/data ownership.

AI Agent Engineer
Build the intelligent support agent that powers in-app help and workflow automation. Responsibilities include designing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, embedding & vector store management (Pinecone/Milvus/FAISS), prompt engineering and tool orchestration (LangChain / LlamaIndex or custom), building safe LLM assistant flows (tool use, API adapters, function calling), and implementing evaluation/guardrails to reduce hallucination. You’ll integrate with product data (FAQ, docs, billing, user sessions), build observability/logging for agent actions, and implement escalation paths to human support. Production-minded experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, vector DBs, caching, and secure connectors is essential.
Computer Vision/ML Engineer
Develop, train, and optimize vision models for layout understanding, object detection, and fast on-device inference. Work with PyTorch/Ultralytics, ONNX/TFLite conversion, quantization (INT8/FP16), pruning, and techniques to reduce latency (early-exit, distillation). Responsibilities include dataset curation, augmentations, evaluation metrics, and close collaboration with mobile engineers to profile and deploy models.
